Our Workshops

In collaboration with King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, EMAPS is proud to hold its 1st Annual Workshop as a first step in a long-term proposed cooperation with this renowned medical institution.
This two-day workshop will provide an integrative learning experience through a combination of live talks  and clinical simulation  sessions that offer a unique opportunity to:
  • Learn how-to approach common and critical patient presentations using up-to-date and evidence-based practices
  • Practice hands-on simulation guided training in adult and pediatric cardiac arrest, acute stroke presentations, and high yield trauma encounters with an emphasis on leadership, communication and critical thinking skills
  • Receive next-level ultrasound training in bedside limited echocardiogram, ocular ultrasound, and a plethora of bedside ultrasonographic skills through a unique interactive and customizable ultrasound training session
  • Learn about essential traits, habits and personal skills that are necessary for character formation and development into the next-level emergency physician
  • Learn through direct feedback during multiple debriefing sessions, and through video recording/playback assessments
